The bar’s namesake Alfred, had a reputation for opening the doors of his home for locals, family and friends to enjoy one of his home brews in his backyard bar. He made his home open to anyone and everyone and made it feel like their home away from home. Ultimately it was commonly referred to as ‘their local watering hole’. 20 years later, this ethos was drawn upon to create ALFRED’S BAR. Think front bar feels in a small bar space, serving all your favourites along with a touch of craft and premium. A full range of classic cocktails are always on offer along with their Signatures which reference members of Alfred’s family and their preferred liquor.
